We all have felt distress, confusion, anger, love and all other emotions that we can feel. But how often do we provide the right gateway to the thoughts that take birth in our mind? I believe many a times we just do not express and knowingly or unknowingly this hurts us and harms us both mentally and physically.

I have found writing as my home and there, I am the best and the truest version of me with absolutely no filters. Writing has made me weak but at the end it just strengthens me as a person and I get closer to myself. This is the thing about writing, you can even write about the worst of days but it always makes you feel good.

Often, people write about their experiences with life and think that their words are worth nothing. But if you think the right way, they are engraved in the history. The posts that we create online or in the form of books remains there forever for others to read your story. And how does this help the writer? Inspiring others and making them feel that they are not the only one’s suffering or in a particular fix is the biggest reward a writer can get. Also, you feel that you are not the only one. Knowing that you are not fighting the battle all by yourself makes you relieved right?

The perks of being a writer are many. Not just making a mark in history or inspiring people; you connect to them from your soul and you find solace in yourself. When you write a good story and people can relate to it, they feel the urge to respond and appreciate you for sharing. That is when you feel the real peace in your heart.

If you wish to take it to a more professional side, you can think of publishing or working online. This makes you better at it every day. But the biggest drive that motivates a writer to actually write is reading. Reading books well written give you an energy and you learn various writing styles as well.

If we talk about something apart from writing stories very personal to you, you must know that this is the digital era and content plays an important role in here. Providing the right content to various companies for their products is the current trend.

Writing experiences make you a better person and gives you the chance to explore new professions. You can go for creative writing, editing, journalism, blogging and what not. The current age gives you a plethora of options to choose for yourself.

So, for all those who have been writing, this is the time to widen your horizon. And for all those, who are yet to start with it, start with your personal experiences. Also, keep reading to improve every day.
